It's helpful if you've thought about your
goals before you arrive. Cosmetic procedures are very different and
each needs time to be explained. We always have a great deal of information
to get through.

that makes it important to us. We usually run to time, and we will
apologise if we keep you waiting. If you are delayed, please do phone
to let us know.
There is someone in the office every week
day, from 9 am until 5 p.m. Sometimes we start a little earlier or
finish a little later than this, but you can always reach us during
these times.

Other Professionals.
Sometimes,
after confidential consultation, we might perceive that you have expectations
that surgical procedures simply can not fix.
If
appropriate, we'll refer you to other surgeons with different specialist
skills or counselors with whom you can discuss wider issues.
