Individual Look
“There is no one ideal shape for a nose. With rhinoplasty it is imperative to individualise the nose’s shape to the rest of the patient’s face. ”
- Peter Dixon
Nose surgery can include:
refining the shape of a nose (be it the tip, bridge or nostrils),
- repairing a broken nose,
- heavily damaged nose
- repairing the internal tissues
- improving breathing
- repairing a nose that has had a prior procedure
All these issues must be carefully considered by a surgeon and patient prior to performing the nasal surgery. No single or cookie cutter approach is appropriate when considering your options.
Gone are the days where ‘you leave it to me’ approach is acceptable.
The result is very much dependant on the assessment prior to the procedure!
Peter Dixon has been performing rhinoplasty surgery for over 25 years and has experience in rhinoplasty as well as the ability to clearly communicate with the patient about their expectations is appreciated by those who ask for his care.
